TITHING PLAN
Isn't it time for you to start
living life more abundantly?
Under the MISSION structure, you can qualify fo up to
$1,000 per month for life. And, all you have to do is tithe
the WORK. It is what you should be doing already, so
there is no NEW out of pocket money needed.
For every $1.00 that you tithe, you will be given $2.22 in
return the next month after you have given all of your
tithes and offerings. The MAXIMUM is set at $1000.00
per month for life.
The funds are derived from a trust that GIVES to this MISSION for the benefit of the tithers to the WORK. Each month, over $3,000,000.00 is made available for distribution to the participants. It is neverending, and increases as more participate. The structure is the vehicle that will turn a promise into reality for the faithful.
As signatory over The Believers Trust, it is my DUTY to GIVE AWAY from that trust a "tithe" of it's earnings on a monthly basis to those that support the WORK by tithing themselves. And, by giving to anyone of His disciples is the same as GIVING to Him. It is my DUTY to find those worthy to receive His money, and help those individuals to live a better quality of life. Jesus said, "I did not come to condemn the world, but that you might have life more abundantly" Through the structure that I have setup, you can have a better quality of life IF money will resolve your problems. This plan is to help the "tithers" have a better quality of life, and a more abundant life for tithing to the WORK. My structure is just one of the many that may arise to fulfill that prophesy. God said it would happen, and this structure will turn it into reality for many of you.
God promises in His Holy Word that He wants you to "TEST HIM NOW!" Tithe, and see if He
will NOT open the windows of Heaven and pour out to you a blessing that you will not be
able to contain it. Mal. 3:10 However, you MUST test Him in the correct way!
IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED HIS PROMISE,
THEN MOST LIKELY YOU HAVEN'T
BEEN DOING IT RIGHT.
FIRST, you must learn how to tithe the way He wants you to tithe. One can not tithe their offerings to a pagan cult that keeps traditions, and pagan Holidays, and expect God to open
the windows of Heaven to them. One MUST do as He COMMANDS ... Go into all the world and preach the GOSPEL of the Kingdom to every creature .... Ask yourself ... What is "tradition"? Do you even realize that some practices of "your" church might fall under that title? Name a few practices that your church keeps as a "tradition", and research it to see. Then ask do you hear any sermons about WHAT Jesus' message was, or do you only hear ABOUT Him, and the things He did while He was on this earth in human form? Does your church keep ESTAR, better known as EASTER, a "tradition" which is the worship of the pagan god of fertility. Eggs and bunny rabbits are certainly symbols of that pagan custom of fertility. He says that you CAN worhip Him in vain. Do everything you can to avoid that trap.
Do you not know that Jesus was our "Passover lamb". Certainly you know that! So, one should be keeping that day and, not a pagan holiday. And, how about Christmas? Jesus was not born in the middle of winter, December 25th. He was born at the Feast of Tabernacles when Cesar sought to tax everyone, because he knew it was their custom to have 10% of their annual earnings with them to spend as they may wish at the feast as commanded by God. Have you ever wondered WHY Mary was ridding on a donkey when she was right at 9 months pregnant? She was obeying God's Commandment to keep the Feast of Tabernacles, not going up to pay taxes, Joseph could have done that without taking his pregnant wife with him. Also, did you know that the first DECREE that will come out of Zion will be that every nation will come up to keep that feast. Mal. 14:16. How about Sun day worship? It's the FIRST day of the week. Sun-day is NOT the Sabbath. You CAN NOT KEEP A DAY HOLY THAT IS NOT MADE HOLY BY GOD FIRST. And, God says you CAN worship Him in vain! Now, ask yourself ... "Do I want to be guilty of that?"
TESTING GOD
Are you AFRAID to "TEST GOD"? Do you think it will be like always that He will not answer? I can assure you that IF you will follow his command, and "do it right" that He will answer you! He uses human means to answer you in financial ways. The funds have to come from some-where that is within the human realm of reality. He put in my heart to set up a structure for Him to bless you according to His word. That structure is in place and awaiting the final go ahead so I can administer it, and let other members duplicate it. With God on our side ... "Others can imitate us, but NONE can duplicate us!" It will take tithers to the WORK to carry it forward.
Since the structure is setup to force you to "do it right" this time, you will be rewarded with His money. In the past, you may have been giving tithes to a church that practices tradition. And, in so doing, you did not TITHE the way He wants you to tithe, and may be wondering WHY haven't I been blessed. It is because you were not counted worthy to have "tested Him" in the right way. This may be a minor thing to many of you, but God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. So, the little things count for more than the human mind may regard these things to be as being important. Now, TEST HIM as he asks, and tithe to the WORK, and see IF He will not reward you in such a way that you can not deny it came from Him. Because, it will overflow to such an extent that you will not be able to contain it. So says God, Himself. The structure that is in place is just one way God will see that those that "tithe" WILL be blessed financially. I even have a Pastor that is knowledgeable in His Word to keep this "Judas" straight. It is him that I will converse with, and ask his opinion where spiritual matters are concerned as it pertains to my MISSION.
How to TEST God:
ALL GOOD things come from God. Nothing GOOD comes from Satanic mind sets. You must follow His Holy Word, and instructions to receive His blessings. I have setup a structure that will cause YOU to receive a financial blessing with HIS MONEY. You see, the ventures that the trust is involved generates funds on a monthly basis, and 10% is "tithe" funds to be GIVEN AWAY to someone. I prefer to GIVE it to those that are TITHERS, and BELIEVERS, so that they may sup-port the "WORK" themselves. Simply tithe to one of the churches that is DOING the WORK in-stead of one practicing tradition.
Tithe to Pastor Spencer's Prophetic Word Ministry. He IS a man of God, and has the GIFT of healing ... proven by medical "after the fact" evaluation. Through his ministry all churches that are DOING THE WORK will be helped with their mission expenses. And, the tithers will be re-warded from the trust, "storehouse", that holds God's money.
You can tell your church about this MISSION and, "if" they are doing the WORK of preaching the Gospel, then they will qualify to receive funds to cover their expenses in getting that WORK done. There are other plans that can be setup so as to reward their membership for tithing.
How Your "Church" can Qualify ...
Be aware that 99% of the churches will NEVER qualify to become a part of the MISSION structure that is in place. It is very rare indeed that you can walk into a "church", and hear the GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM being preached. As the Judas over the treasury (storehouse) that holds God's money, I refuse to give any of it to any traditional keeping church. Therefore, should a church member of such a church find the MISSION, and be a member of a traditional keeping church, that member can not introduce it to that church, as I will not allow it to participate under the structure. Tradition makes the WORD OF GOD OF NON-EFFECT. I refuse to allow such a church to receive any of the tithe funds to further their practices, and especially cause God to turn away from blessing this MISSION.
QUALIFICATION:
The church that preaches the GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM will qualify to have their expenses paid by simply sending the bill to Pastor Spencer's Ministry. It will be paid in full. Preaching the GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM will qualify a church to be blessed from the trust under my structure and MISSION.
How Members of a Church can Qualify "IF"
their Church does NOT Qualify.
QUALIFICATION:
Under DECREE #6, A member that finds out about the MISSION, and has the mind set to tithe to the WORK by participating in Pastor Spencer's Prophetic WORD Ministry will qualify. That member may either tithe direct and receive his/her reward direct from Pastor Spencer's Ministry, or may syndicate with other members to tithe as a group. They can then provide assistance to their "church" members that may need financial help. However, they should convince the leadership of their church to start "Preaching the Gospel", so that they ALL can qualify under the structure to receive the REWARDS promised for "doing it right". God's tithe money held in the trust is awaiting "someone" to qualify that is doing the WORK to receive it as thier REWARD.
NOTE: All churches that keep the Sabbath, rather than Sunday, will take preference over all other churches. God is a jealous God and, associates Sunday worship to adultery. I will allow the member of a church that practices, and worships God in an adulterous way to participate, but will NOT allow the ministry of that church to have any place under my structure. They are simply false prophets, and I will not deal with them in any way. It will be up to Pastor Spencer as to how to handle those prophets.

You can also tithe to Pastor Spencer's WORK direct, and participate in the REWARDS sent to his WORK by myself from the trust that holds His money. The trust is the treasury that I am the signatory over, and is the "storehouse" that will be opened to you from Heaven. God promises the tithers a blessing, and this MISSION is the beginning of getting it out to those that simply tithe to the WORK.
It is very important to understand that God uses humans as His instruments to pass along His blessings to those that deserve it. He placed it in my heart, and mind to accomplish this small mission for him long ago. And, when the waiting time is fulfilled, He will then "open the windows of Heaven" and, through the trust that I am signatory over pour out the financial blessings to many many people. It is forged in my mind to do this for Him. And, it is important to understand that the funds to be passed out are already "pre-earned", and in no way is there a period of time for the funds to be held back for any reason. Your tithe goes to support the work, and your REWARD comes from the tithe funds held in the trust that it is my DUTY to pass along to those that tithe and support that WORK.
One may compare this to an "investment", but it is in no way a conventional investment of any kind. It is God's tithe money that is FREELY sent to those that tithe, and support the WORK. You must understand that the Principal of the trust is a tither and, wishes to GIVE AWAY 10% of the trust earnings to other tithers that support the WORK. There is nothing magical about the structure at all. The tithe funds due to be paid from the trust are simply designated to be given away to those that support the WORK. If you are one that wishes to support the WORK, then let it be known, and participate through Pastor Spencer. He is associated with large church groups where "titheres" can be found, and congregate. Tithing is a form of worship! It is what supports the real and true WORK. Many demoninations will not tithe to the WORK because they would be GIVING to a work that contridicts what they preach, i.e., tradition. This pleases me, as it keeps Satanic worshipers away.
The Tithing Plan will always remain open. It will NEVER close. The "rewards" passed out through Pastor Spencer to the "tithers" will come from The Believers Trust of which I am the Signatory over. And, a tithe of the profits are to be GIVEN AWAY. I have setup this plan to have an outlet for those funds to be disbursed.
The Believers Trust started out with $100,000,000.00 and, if one uses even the smallest percentage to com-pute the gain/profit per month, it will stagger the mind as to what 10% is to be given away on a monthly basis. Today that trust is in the BILLIONS and 10% is in the millions per month. My structure is to benefit the "moral majority" and, not those with Satanic mind sets that call EVIL good and, GOOD evil ,and practices tradition.
This is a tithing plan and, will "reward" the tithers. In no way should one look at the plan as being some kind of investment in the conventional sense. It is NOT. The rewards one receives will not be set at any certain per-centage, or any time frame to receive that reward. It is very important that you do not treat this plan as any kind of conventional investment. Only tithe to the plan what you would normally tithe to your church.
There are plans available for groups to help others that will reward those the plan is meant to reward. Although the plan may appear to be an investment, NONE of the plans offered places the funds into such a conventional investment plan. The trust pays from offshore, and your funds that trigger the rewards remain onshore.
Luke 6:38 says, Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
Unlike Mal. 3:10 where God promises to reward you, in Luke, it is "man" that will reward you. Here He shows you that it is through "man" financial blessings are to be administered to your benefit.
It has been my dream to finalize such a structure that will allow such a humanly feat as the Holy Bible says will happen. I searched the material world, and could not find where or how such a thing could be, so I decided to "invent" it myself. God said it could be done, so there was no doubt in my mind that it couldn't be done by me.
The Believers Trust has multi-billions of dollars, and a tithe to the "believers" out of those funds will reward them for tithing to the WORK. When you "tithe" send a SASE, so we will know who you are.
