As signatory authority over The Believers Trust, I am duty bound to see that the trust's investment funds are placed in a REAL forex  trading program with licensed, registered, insured and "bonded" trading entities outside of the jurisdiction of the United States. To assure that the entities chosen are in full compliance in dealing with various world banks, I have enlisted the help of a judge in the US who just happens to be a FEDERAL JUDGE.  It is his duty to see that every part of the structure is SOLID, SOUND,, SAFE, and, LEGAL in all aspects.  To date, the trading entities selectively chosen have performed over and above expectations over many years, and their existence can be traced back to the earliest Bretton Woods Accord of 1944. Look it up!

Under the structure that I have developed over the years, anyone participating with me will NOT be placed in the investment along with the trust funds.   As a matter of fact, NONE of the participants funds will be placed in any investment.  That aspect of the pro-grams that I have devised makes it a NO-RISK program for the participant.  And, if you have ever played the FOREX market, you know the HIGH RISK involved.  Participants in my programs will have their funds REMAIN onshore at all times.  Only the offshore profits/gains move to the US to pay the participants in the plan they are involved, and that is where the profit/gains are derived.  The movement of funds is only one way ... offshore to onshore, NEVER onshore to offshore ... never!  Even the morons at the SEC do not see any "investment" scheme in that, so it is all resolved in regard to their jurisdiction.  But, cavemen will say different because an IQ of 80 or below doesn't give them much to "thimk" with to discern such things.

It is NOT my intent to PROVE the existence of the trust that generates the profits/gains for any program that anyone may become involved in, nor try to persuade you to join by presenting any other information that is CONFIDENTIAL in nature such as revealing the offshore trading entity.  This is a "Believers" program, and is NOT for Un-Believers.  Since there is NO-RISK to your funds, and you are NOT PARTICIPATING IN AN INVESTMENT, there is no reason for you to  be appraised of all of the particularizes regarding the structure.  Did you know how to rebuild a vehicle motor before used the vehicle?  I think not, same here.

One can research the "Bretton Woods Accord" and trace it through the years as it changed from time to time.  It has been revised many times, and yet has lived through the high risk forex market of which many are becoming acquainted.  The plan through the program that I am involved is the best of the best worked at the banking level of the forex structure.  And, as you know, banks always WIN in the forex market because they are the ones that manipulate the currency of EVERY country, and sometimes change the currency rates in the middle of a trade they are involved just to acquire a WINNING trade.  Our traders work very close with the world trading banks in this area of the BACKROOM FOREX ARENA.  One can not even be considered for invitation to join such a group without a minimum of $100,000,000.00 in CASH.  And, besides, this particular part of the forex market is NOT open to Americans, even if they do have $100,000,000.00++.  You can join other groups that work in the FOREX market and lose BIG if you like, but I prefer to work at the "Backroom" level where those that WIN work.  It's your losses that derives the profits that our trust gains.  The governing authorities will frequently send out warnings that such programs do not exist.  And, you know what?  They don't exist for YOU, the American sheeple!  So, you are forced to play the forex market where you are in the dark and will never be appraised of the true movement of the FOREX PIPS.  Our traders work with the banks that know which way and when the market will move, and that is the ULTIMATE POSITION TO HOLD.  I am signatory over a trust that holds such a position.

Due to the fact that under law Americans are not allowed to participate, I have devised a structure for a few to be involved on the back side of the program that is in place of which I am the signatory over.  It takes great skill and legal means to have such a plan in place as I do.  You will find the protocol to become involved at my home page.  This part of the overalll structure is backing for ALL programs and plans that I offer which fall under the "non-investment" structure that I have in place that ALL Americans CAN join without RISK just like those that work with the top trading enties that have $100,000,000.00 in place.  It is under my structure that makes it possible for even those with the smallest of funds to be able to participate with the assurance that their funds are just as safe as those with hundreds of millions of dollars in place at a Top 25 World Bank.

Eventually, someone with a very large amount will approach me to have their funds placed.  I will approach our trading group and see if they will accept the individual and if so, will acquire a protocol for the person to follow.  It will be very strict because illegal funds are not allowed, and the FBI will know!  Funds as low as 25K can be tacked on top of the trust funds already in place, and

be just as safe.  The returns are rather low at the $25K level compared to the $100MM level, but it does allow one to enter.

The programs that I have devised are at NO-RISK  to the participant, and definitely not an investment in any way because the funds you place into the program are not placed at risk what-so-ever.  The Offshore Bonded Ventures that the trust is participating in to generate its profits for my programs are confidential and private in nature.  It is due to my duty that I have to see that a portion of the profits are GIVEN AWAY to people that are astute enough to be allowed to join and acquire a better financial standing in life that causes me to set such programs up for others to be able to participate in.  It is NOT my intent to deal with morons, idiots or cavemen of which most government employees fall, especially the FBI, ie., Federal Bureau of Idiots.  I have been dealing with this entity for over 2 years and they have proven themselves to be the zenith of stupidity.  Their duty to the trust has been lacking in many regards, so I enlisted a federal judge to straighten it out, and I believe he has just about gotten that completed.  He too calls them ALL idiots.

It is due to my association with government folks over the past two years  that I am severing my relationship with them, and am now allowing business minded folks to join in my program to help them acquire funds to hire others at their business location, and to assure them they will not fall into the bankruptcy trap.  Individuals that need help with child support, or in need of a new/used vehicle, or housing, or some other financial need will be entertained and helped to the extent they want to help themselves.  Any-one not willing to do something for themselves, are not welcome in my programs.  If you want something for NOTHING, then the moron in office has just approved several billion dollars for that purpose.  I refuse to work my programs similar to a government run welfare program.  It may appear to be such a program, but it is not intended to be one.  And, giving money away certainly may appear to be derived from some moronic government program which only breeds more welfare.  But, mine is of a GIVING nature according to the Bible.  It is NOT a welfare type plan as it is temporary, either 90 days or 60 months.  That solves most everyone's financial situation and does it very quickly, and gives the individual time to acquire a sound financial standing to start over, or to continue in a solid financial way.   I said SOLVES the problem, not just creates more of the same problems that NEVER seems to get resolved, which is typical of government programs.

No one has asked me to, but IF asked how to solve the welfare problem, I could do it without causing any hardships on those already in the system that holds them financially strapped and enslaved.  The moron in office is not helping it, nor is he resolving the problem.  He is only making it worse.  He too is an idiot in full bloom.  As a matter of fact, he is a blooming idiot.  And, I hope he reads this site some day.  If I ever meet him face to face, I'll tell him so!  Believe it or not.

WITHOUT you seeing the overall picture as I do, you can not imagine the GOOD that such a structure that I have that could be duplicated by the states or at the federal program level would do for the overall welfare of the nation.  The fed knows that there is

a solution, but they are unwilling to reveal it because the present idiotic morons in power are generating themselves, and their banks countless billions in profit by causing financial problems that appear to not be able to find a cure.  To understand this, one has to move away from the federal school system that keeps people in the dark, and teaches economics that doesn't even com-pare to the real world and secret world of money of which our present system is locked into.

In 1991 - 1992, I was in closed doors with bankers and lawyers that taught me about the "Secret World of Money".  How MONEY

is created out of thin air and who benefits from its creation ... not YOU.  It keeps the citizens enslaved that depend upon it to take care of them from cradle to grave.  I then dreamed up a way to become a part of that secret world of money, and reverse the out flow of funds from the American sheeple back to a few  that were willing to learn the truth and be a part of the structure that I devised over the past 17 long years.  It wasn't my desire to be locked up with the blue collar workers, but it was God's will that I was, as what I learned would not have been learned on the outside.  There is much good that has and can come from that incident in my life.  And, apparently I have some character that God likes in me that will benefit so many people that would not have other-wise been found anywhere else.  I was chasen to go through it for the benefit  of others that is now set up and in place.

Back in 1984 - 1988, I helped pioneer the pre-paid phone calling cards.  The call to your next door neighbor dropped from .26cpm to less than .15cpm overnight.  Of course MaBell and Sprint didn't like it because it made them lose billions of dollars.  Do you re-member AT&T dropped out of sight for many years?  It was their fraud that caused many to be caught up in litigation of their fraud.  I was caught up in that fraud, and went to federal prison for 15 months.  Today that conviction has been overturned as I was not guilty of what I was accused.  You can search the web and you will find that I did spend time in prison, but there is no reason or conviction of which will be found as it has been expunged.  No Record!  I can, and do own weapons (automatic) and do vote, but not for morons.  Had I not gone to prison for helping pioneer a well deserving venture such as the pre-paid calling cards, I would never have found out about the offshore bonded ventures of which I am now signator over a large trust, and am in FULL CONTROL of it.

If it weren't for my time spent among the bankers and lawyers that knew about such offshore bonded ventures, I would not be where I am today helping many people resolve their financial problems using their own IRS tax dollars being refunded to them thorugh my structure.  It is NOT the fed, or the government that is helping these people, it is my structure that I have devised to recover their IRS tax dollars to be given back to them for a GOOD purpose.  There is much to this, as it has taken me over 17 years to bring it to light.  And, I suppose it is strange to you having heard about it for the first time.

Now that it is up and running, the little folks can be bailed out of their bad financial situations instead of just the Wall Street thieves, and the other big wigs that never worked a day in their life.  My program is the only one that I know of that does what I do for small fund individuals.  Through it I can resolve individual financial situations and to such an extent that they will never return ever again.

As a final note to those in bad financial situations that are astute enough to see that the structure is to help you resolve your bad financial situations, do call me, or e-mail me for further protocol to follow so I can acquire your tax dollars to give back to you.  If you claim them, then you will get them, if you don't, then some other person that may not even deserve to be helped may just end up with your IRS tax dollars that you paid into the IRS over the years.  Most people don't know the IRS tax dollars support the loss in FOREX markets when the usd currency is degraded against another currencies.  If you think about it, how can a dollar be worth only .04c and not eventually fail since it is so low?  It is the IRS tax dollars that keeps the usd afloat, and that is beginning to show signs of faltering.  The moron in office is trying to raise the IRS taxes so the US won't go bankrupt during his term.  Keep

paying your taxes and claim income that is outside of their reach to tax unless you claim it as being taxable on a form 1040.  Your wages and compensation for your labor is NOT taxable, but again, claim it as being so to avoid the United States from going into bankrupt right away, and help the moron raise your taxes so bankruptcy of the United states  can be delayed until the end of his term.  The US dollar is on the verge of complete failure.  A $3.00 loaf of bread will cost $6.00 before this moron's term expires.

I have what it taks to take back YOUR IRS TAXES from the very ones that stole it from you to begin with.  Do you want it back??

Note:  The tax laws as written are constitutional, but as applied are NOT constitutional.  It is "YOU" that accessed yourself and makes a claim to the IRS that your days labor is taxable, and the GROSS RECEIPTS are FULLY taxable.

EXAMPLE:  You invest $1 into an investment, it returns 10%.  Your GROSS receipts are $110.00.  You, using common sense, deduct the $1.00 from the GROSS RECEIPTS and file taxes on the 10c that you profited and gained.

YET:  When you invest your time, skill, experience, and other attributes that YOU "invest" for a days pay, you (out of PURE ignorance) do not subtract from the GROSS RECEIPTS, like you did the $1.00, the life value of what you placed into the project you worked on and invested that day which will never be replaced.  You make claim as though you "invested" NOTHING and it is ALL taxable.  Well, in instances where cavemen are involved, NOTHING was invested, or if so, NOTHING was gained for their investment of time, and or experience or skill and was ALL taxable to them. 

It is certain that in ALL OTHER instances, "time" is expended as it is one less day that you will ever work again. And, according to YOU, and ONLY YOU, if you claim it as being FULLY taxable, you access your "live value" as being worth NOTHING at all.  The IRS loves idiots, morons and cavemen for claiming their "life value" as being worthless.  As for me, my "life value" is FULLY DEDUCTABLE from the GROSS RECEIPTS, leaving me NO AMOUNT TO CLAIM ON MY IRS FORM 1040 where my wages and compensation for MY labor is concerned.  It has been tested in courts of law, and that is where I derive the explanation of the tax laws.  Click Here   Who do you listen to in this regard?  Just because a million flies land on cow shit doesn't mean it "must" taste good just because someone thinks a million flies can't be wrong!  And, just because millions of duped people file taxes on THEIR wages and compensation (life value) doesn't mean that YOU have to file on your "live value" as being FULLY taxable when the U.S. Supreme Court says it is NOT taxable what-so-ever.  I don't claim my live value as being taxable, and will tell an IRS agent to his/face that I will not access my life value as being FULLY worth NOTHING.  You can out of fear/ignorance if you like ...
