Investments are becoming ravaged with fraud. Everywhere you look there are reports of a scandal in what use to be considered a safe haven when investing. Today, one must seek out alternatives that will provide for the safety of the principal. In order to do that, you MUST avoid "investments" at all cost.
Then the question is: "HOW DO YOU ACQUIRE A GAIN/PROFIT IF YOU DO NOT PLACE YOUR MONEY IN AN INVESTMENT?"
The answer is: Do it God's way!
There are laws regarding finances that He has set in motion that one can only find in the Holy Bible. God Himself set those laws in place and like the law of gravity, you can not see them. Everyone knows the law of gravity exists because, we learned it when we first tried to walk. Possibly, you learned that there is a LAW when it comes to investing because you "broke" it in some way when you invested in something in your past.
HOW INVESTORS PARTICIPATE:
First, "investors" are not permitted to place their money at RISK. Therefore, one must participate in a "unconventional" way. And, in order to do that, you will need to have a trust in place setup and held offshore outside the reach of the United States. There is nothing illegal about having a trust in place, and it is not a tax avoidance scheme. Under my structure, you pay your taxes that are due. I only help you acquire the money to pay it with NO OUT-OF-POCKET COST. However, as a potential investor in "thought", you are considered by the SEC as being an investor. Since I can not change your "thinking", I will change the way you "invest", and with whom you make that investment.
OK! You don't have a TRUST in place. That can be arranged for you. Do not let that bother you, or hinder you from considering the plan that I have for "investors". As I said, "I will CHANGE the way you "invest", and with whom you make that investment." Then the SEC, and other authorities will not have any interest in your "investment" under my structure.
NOW, that we have that clear, you can receive 400% per annum under my structure. It will be paid at the rate of 50% per month for 8 months over a 12 month term. Your first 50% payment will be paid starting the 120th. The first 90 days is called a "load factor".
Everyone would agree that "investing" has proven to carry RISK. And, risk means LOSS in most cases. One needs to LEARN that there are LAWS in this universe that one can follow that will NOT allow LOSS to prevail when you follow those LAWS.

Now, since this is a buy/sell type transaction that you will be participating in, it is very SAFE. You are paid the PROFIT/GAIN from the sell of the product once it is sold. And, the product is bought and sold many times per day over and over. Do note: There is no paperwork, contracts, docu-ments, or other items revealing the transaction, i.e., no papertrail. It is honored by a handshake only. My status will be the only proof, or security that you will receive. For this, you can only have two (2) entries per annum. I will not allow multiple entries , or re-entries of the profit/gain more than explained above. You may meet with my team, consisting of several individuals including a federal judge. You may bring your attorney, or financial advisor along with you to sign certain documents that must be in place to protect all parties concerned.
OTHER STIPULATIONS MAY APPLY ONCE THE PLAN IS OPENED IN FEBRUARY 2010.

Until you are ready to enter such an Offshore Bonded Venture, you should participate in Pastor Spencer's "gaining by giving" program. All "tithers" will receive their "reward" under the tithing plan that he has to pass along to everyone. It will max out at 700% per tithe.
DECREE #2 is what you should obey strictly. It is the beginning of how to "do it right". Follow his lead, and study all material that you can so you can be approved by God Himself, and blessed.

If you happen to be an "investor" and have funds that you want to place into a SAFE, SECURED AND GUARANTEED "INVESTMENT", then you can be entertained under such a structure. Do note that it will take $1,000,000.00 minimum before you can enter. Other stipulations will apply such as, one will have to have their structure setup to comply with the traders specifications. The rate of return will depend upon the amount you place, and in all cases, I am required to place your funds within the structure that I have designed and approved by the trading entity. Your funds will NEVER leave the United States, yet your return will be derived from offshore. We will 'trade' funds under agreement which will give you a very HIGH degree of safety. And, your profit/gain will be "pre-earned" under the structure, which means that your funds will have already earned a profit prior to you entering the trade.
Yes, I know this all sounds TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, but it will be revealed on a "need to know basis". If you can PROVE capability to participate, then you will qualify to KNOW all about the SECRET WORLD OF MONEY that 99.9% of the American people do not know about.
